Adobe Creative Cloud "You’ll be able to manage your plan shortly"

If you run a trial of the Adobe Creative Cloud you might find that you have to provide credit card details to run the 7 day trial which you can "cancel at any time", and then you'll be on an automated billing cycle.

The problem comes when you do try and cancel and find that you can't because you see the message

"You’ll be able to manage your plan shortly"

You are forced to contact the Adobe customer services department who make it difficult as possible to leave when you ask them to cancel your plan they try and move you onto another plan.

This aggresive and deceptive form of sales to get customers locked into a moderate monthly payment really shouldn't be seen in this day and age.

I would recommend that you do not sign up for any Adobe trials to avoid this issue, and if you are caught you must allocate around 30-40 minutes on the chat application to get out of the "free" trial.
