Error creating a database availability group in Exchange Server 2013. CreateCluster() failed with 0x57
A server-side database availability group administrative operation failed with a transient error. Please try the operation again. Error: An error occurred while attempting a cluster operation. Error: Cluster API failed: "CreateCluster() failed with 0x57. Error: The parameter is incorrect" [Server: ClusterNode]
This can be caused by cluster issues on the node you are trying to add.

- On the specified ClusterNode start PowerShell
- Run the command Clear-ClusterNode
- Delete the cluster name object from Active Directory
- Prestage the object

- Remove any unresolved SIDs from the access control list
