Right clicking the Windows desktop is slow with a several second delay because of Intel Graphics Drivers

You may find that when you right click the desktop the right click context menu takes a long time to be displayed, this slow right click can be caused by the Intel Graphics drivers.

Intel provide a registry patch to remove the right click context menu here which immediately speeds things up again.
