Remove "Index" Tab from HTML help (CHM) files using HelpNDoc
So I was having some issues recently whereby some of the index values would display "This page can't be displayed". This wasn't a massive problem given we don't really use the index much given there's contents on search available, so I decided to get rid of the tab but couldn't find a way to do this. The solution is to simply remove all of the keywords from the project and rebuild the project.
