When trying to sysprep Windows 10 you get the error Sysprep was not able to validate your Windows installation. Review the log file at %WINDIR%\System32\Panther\setupact.log for details. After resolving the issue, use Sysprep to validate your installation again. Check the log file, and see if you have a package installed that's blocking sysprep. "2020-02-25 00:01:27, Error                 SYSPRP Package Microsoft.LanguageExperiencePacken-GB_18362.14.45.0_neutral__8wekyb3d8bbwe was installed for a user, but not provisioned for all users. This package will not function properly in the sysprep image." Determine the name of the package Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers | SELECT PackageFullName, Name Remove the package Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers "Microsoft.LanguageExperiencePacken-GB" |Remove-AppXPackage -AllUsers Run sysprep again

Outlook blocked access to the following potentially unsafe attachments: filename

When you receive an email outlook may block the attachment based on the file extension. The problem is Outlook doesn't give you the ability to override the block if you know the attachments are safe.
