Citrix Receiver web reports "No logon methods are available on this platform"

When using the Citrix receiver web interface you may see the error "No logon methods are available on this platform" when accessing the StoreFront on the local network.



This can be caused if the StoreFront is configured for pass - through authentication however the browser is not passing the authentication details to the server.

When using Internet Explorer this is typically because the URL of the StoreFront is not configured as being within the Local Intranet Zone.
